Individual Therapy


Individual therapy involves creating a safe and supportive environment in which you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with my guidance.

Together, you and I will work collaboratively to set specific goals for therapy that are designed to improve your well-being and quality of life. Depending on your needs and the goals of therapy, the therapeutic process may be short-term or long-term which is best determined by your progress and your individual situation.

Each session is 50 minutes and conducted virtually through video or phone.

Within individual therapy, I can help with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. It can also be a valuable tool for personal growth and self-discovery!
