As a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) certified by the Division of Workers' Compensation - Medical Unit, I conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations of injured workers. Through clinical interviews, testing, and established guidelines, I assess mental/behavioral health conditions and the degree of psychological impairment resulting from work-related injuries or illnesses. My detailed medical-legal reports outline diagnoses, functional limitations, and permanent psychological disability ratings. These objective evaluations are crucial in determining appropriate workers' compensation benefits.
